1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Defcon Lab. By accessing our website, engaging our cyber security services, or using our digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and Defcon Lab regarding your use of our VAPT, consulting, and security auditing services.

2. Use of Services

Defcon Lab provides specialized security services including, but not limited to, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments, and Security Audits. By using our services, you agree that:

• You have the legal authority to authorize security testing on the target infrastructure.
• You will not use our reports or tools for any illegal or malicious activities.
• You understand that security testing involves inherent risks, including potential temporary system instability.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Defcon Lab.

Client Reports: Upon full payment, the final security reports generated for the Client become the confidential property of the Client. However, Defcon Lab retains the rights to the methodologies, scripts, and proprietary tools used to generate such reports.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Defcon Lab employs advanced industry standards to secure your data and infrastructure, cyber security is an ever-evolving field.

Disclaimer: Defcon Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) undetected vulnerabilities despite best efforts, (ii) zero-day exploits, or (iii) unauthorized access by third parties beyond our reasonable control.

5. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Defcon Lab agrees not to disclose any sensitive data, vulnerabilities, or infrastructure details discovered during our engagement to any third party without your express written consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment & Refunds

• Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt or as specified in the service agreement.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of service-based work (Consulting & VAPT), refunds are generally not provided once the service execution has commenced. Disputed charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
